| I like my chops & steaks at least 1 1/2" thick. Wife makes a sauce out of melted butter, worchesshire sauce, minced onions & minced garlic the she b bastes the cho0s with when we cook them on the grill. Tastes good on chicken as well. We're old fashion, still use a charcoal grill, but it is gas start so you don't get the taste of lighter fluid. 3-5 minutes you can have the coals hot enough to start cooking. | |
