Absolutely no marbling in it. It's so dry and hard it's like eating the leather from a horse saddle.
These hogs raised in confinement buildings was never done to make a better product for the consumer.
The beef producers understand what the consumer wants.
That's why there is a difference in price per lb of retail cuts. | |
