Western OK | Bought a whole loin from the US foods chef store. Cit it 2in thick, seasoned, and put in plastic bags. Got all the air out of the bags by submerging them in water, then I put them in the insta pot Submerged in water. Cycled the stay warm button on/off to keep the water around 140 for 3.5hrs. Then browned them a bit in a cast iron pan.
