Pittsburg, Kansas | All I ever had was thin pork chops till wife and I started attending "Computers on the Farm" annual meeting at Columbia Missouri (long time ago). They had a catered dinner at the hotel of the convention and they served big, thick pork chops cooked just right. Moist and tender and delicious. That was when we became converts to thick pork chops. You are right on the over cooked.
