I never used to like catfish very much. I could eat it and that is about all. We now have two ponds full of catfish. Just had a meal of both catfish and bluegill last night. They both were delicious.

So either my taste buds have changed or our own catfish out of our own pond taste better than what I have gotten in a restaurant in the past. No coating at all last night. Both just deep fried in beef tallow. Caught them Saturday.
