Easy to cook, first fry your bacon in the pan, then remove and put your onion slices in and brown halfway, remove, then do the liver, first just dredge it in flour and fry, only 3-4 minutes, flip and add the onions and cook another 3-4 minutes, don't overcook or it gets tough. Use a nice medium high heat, fast and quick meal. Everyone loves bacon, and that gives you the fat you need for cooking the rest. |
