| Years ago my sister was at some of her in-laws new house, one of the buy a cheap house and fix it up then sell it shows was on the TV.
The asking price for the house on TV was a quarter of a million dollars, the sister in-law was going on and on about who would give that kind of money for a house. Sister ask her "what they gave for this house", the answer was "just $250,000".
So I'm betting those letter catch more people than you think. | |
