As a scammer if you get one taker in a year you made bank.Out there is some one who has a bit of dementia,sees 100,000 $ as a lot of cash.Takes it to the end when they own your property thats worth 10 x as much.A cool 900,000$ profit keeps the scammers in new rides for sure.Then there is nothing illegal either.Wrong but not illegal.
