For breakfast I'll eat a packet of Better Oats - either Steel Cut Original w/ flax or Organic Bare (oats, barley, wheat, quinoa, rye) (neither has sugar). I'll add a little honey, milk, blueberries and then either cashews or almonds. I've worked away from any of the pre-sweetened cereals.
