| I've eaten a lot of cereal in my life. With sugar, of course. As I've aged, I got aches and pains - along with my system not working well at all. It was on a rollercoaster. My gut was populated with unhealthy bugs. I knew that to change that population, it would take a diet change - and time.
It worked. What works for me it a modest bowl of regular oatmeal (not instant) and chopped walnuts. Equal amount of both - cooked for five minutes at least. After some time, it's even gotten to taste ok.
Aches and pains greatly reduced, and my system has never - never - worked better.
Everybody's different, of course. It's a complex system. | |
