 West Central IL | I used to eat a lot of cereal. Then I realized I was getting hungrier while eating it. Was nothing to eat about 3 bowls worth. Now most mornings it's either a single sausage patty or 5-6 pieces of bacon and I'm good to go until lunch, or longer if needed. I'm back on a whole milk kick though but it really seems to hamper my digestive system and cause acid reflux. I'm gonna have to give it up again along with the bread. | |
