Cereal, OJ, toast and jam for breakfast...crash and burn halfway to noon.
Now bacon or burger and eggs whenever I feel like it. That can happen anywhere between 10 AM and never. Skip a day of eating once in a while.
Used to get "hungry", now I look forward to a good meal, it's not the same thing.
