Only when you get stopped by the wrong DOT officer…
I swear some will let you drive away in a rig that has daylight through the framrails if you’re ag exempt. Others don’t care if you’re hauling a calf one mile in a one ton pickup; need a cdl, med card, fire extinguisher, triangles etc. and aren’t afraid to fine you accordingly.
