New equipment prices never drop.

Used equipment will fall in value

Seed cost will (never is too strong but its close) drop. You can make your seed cost less by getting a different supplier who is willing to make a deal for your business.

Fertilizer is very volatile and it will come down and then jump back up etc.

Chemicals will not adjust unless your willing to adjust who your provider is.

Fuel See Fertilizer comment above.

Cash rents can drift lower but not by much.

Land Prices (big elephant in the room) You have never ever seen land prices not go up.

You need to go back and study what happened in the 1930's and again in the 1980's

This will repeat itself again (2030's?) If your on the wrong side when it happens it has the ability to destroy you financially.
