Machinery hit rock bottom summer of 2015 approximately. New and used. New combines were 200k off of MSRP when factoring in additional mfr. incentives. Low acre/low hour used equipment was getting auctioned off of dealers lots weekly. We bought a lot of equipment most of which we are still using today.

Fertilizer fluctuated but nitrogen was about where it was a month ago. P&K were a lot less. Land and rent never went down, those just sort of paused for a while and some opportunities occurred when people passed on the chance to rent or buy. In a bull market a tenant almost never lets land go in a bear market that happens but usually price stays firm.
