Land dropped from guys paying 7-8 thousand at auction to 6-7. Machinery held steady but financing was near zero to get you to buy. Seed dropped a little, chemicals cratered, fertilizer dropped with the price thanks to the cartel that kept it elevated. Rents didn't change. That's all I remember. Its was a slow drop because RP insurance kept the cash flow guarantees going for a few years
