I eat 4 at anyone time, but depends what else is on my plate. My 17 year old who plays volleyball and works out twice a day, eats 3-4 every morning 4-5 days a week, they're still a cheap and palatable form of animal derived protein for her diet. typically we fry them with the avocado oil or butter with a piece of ham and toast.
