Pittsburg, Kansas | When we spent a month on the road in Alaska a few years back, boiled eggs were a common lunch for us. Wife usually used the instant pot the night before to first fix supper in the hotel room then later boil a bunch of eggs and chill them in the fridge. Then the next day we would have them with some luncheon meat or something else for lunch while on the road. We had a plug in 12v cooler in the vehicle to keep food.
Restaurants were sometimes far and few in between, were expensive and often were crowded to the extent an hour wait. We 90% just stopped at grocery stores and cooked our own food.
