Lately, I've been eating 3 each morning for breakfast. I will cut up a small onion - or half of a large onion - saute it, beat up the eggs, add that to the onion to make an omelet. I figure the onion makes a nice match. A while back I was eating 2 eggs each morning. Doctor sent me to see a nutritionist. The nutritionist "almost had a heart attack" when I told her that I was eating 2 eggs each morning. I was told "only one". I am surprised that she would even give the okay for one egg. I guess she still believes the cholesterol in eggs causes heart attacks. |
