I ran across this today. Page down to table 1. Guidance on Upfront Loading Dose Regimens to Replenish Vitamin D Stores in the Body

This may or may not be a good idea. Just presenting the information for those interested.

Looks like the more fat a person is carrying, the more vitamin D required for good health (vitamin D is a fat soluble hormone)
