North Dakota | If I remember correctly it is important to have enough vitamin k for your body to utilize the vitamin D. I like to eat fermented vegetables like sauerkraut and kimchi which not only help gut biome but also provide vitamin k. Also take a liposomal vitamin d supplement. Also don’t heat fermented vegetable above I believe 105 degrees or it kills the beneficial pre/probiotics they contain.
