What do you consider ideal?

From what I have heard 25 bare minimum and ideal up towards 85-90 some think ideal. 50-60 being a good target.

Edit: I just found out from the Ivor Cummins video (debacle) that 40 is where they body naturally tries to maintain naturally so is proposed at the optimum level. In the Q&A after the formal presentation. 32-50 an acceptable range to target.
