Iowa is trying to pass a law that says the pipeline builders must get 90% voluntary purchase of the land procured before they can force eminent domain on the hold-outs to pass thru their property.
Sadly, senate Republicans shut the progress of the 90% bill down. Clearly a shake down by Gov Reynolds and Rastetter. Iowa is headed down a dark and winding road. Sadly, many Iowans are cheering on their own demise. |
