This is the correct answer. One of the large firms in Iowa, Summit Carbon Solutions, is owned by a man who keeps the Governor's office, both chambers of the legislature, and the permitting board on a tight leash. Gov. Reynolds is the puppet of Bruce Rastetter and Jeff Hanson (Iowa Select Farms). Apparently, the people of Iowa endorse this relationship and want to see more govt sponsored money laundering and environmental degradation.
