I think the point here is many coop members put in a bigger tank when there's is to small and if you are a couple cows over and it does not pay to get every day pickup and you just dump a small amount away. In the past that was the farmers loss and the Coop did not pay him for it . It is not fair for those who work hard updating tanks .
