southern MN | It’s difficult. One of our usual places burned down last year, another changed ownership and while still nice, it’s different now.
The chain restaurants have had odd hours and lack of help and quality issues as you mention with the lack of help and turnover.
Got a couple family owned places left, but they are in really small towns near, don’t know how they survive really.
