Our LLC payed with a check last year and so he got a 1099 and had to pay taxes! Don’t want that again. Is there a way around it? Tax lady said I should pay him personally and my brother reimburse me. Thoughts?? If I paid him cash I would still have to record it for my taxes.
I dont understand how people think not paying taxes is a good thing? I mean, set him up with some cattle or acres and give him legit write offs. but just simply not paying them isnt a good lesson to teach. |
