Subject: How to pay my underage son for farm labor so he doesn’t have to pay taxes


ne iowa		Our LLC payed with a check last year and so he got a 1099 and had to pay taxes! Don’t want that again. Is there a way around it? Tax lady said I should pay him personally and my brother reimburse me. Thoughts?? If I paid him cash I would still have to record it for my taxes.
