Are you sure a public forum is the place to ask how to get around the IRS? They might take an active interest in you and the LLC. Never a good thing.


It’s legal to ask for legal tax advice. As long as his son is contributing to the operation no reason to ask how he can be paid more or less to decrease the tax burden on the family operation.

We have a great accountant. That’s step one. Step two is to have a great financial planner. Step three is to have an even better lawyer.

I met with my CFA the other day and I straight up told him I get paid to grow corn. He gets paid to make sure any proceeds grow in the account.
