Fluffer or tedder on day 2 if anything, grass like that this time of year should dry with minimal effort, of course you only mowed, did not get conditioned or crimped .which is outside of my experience. I personally hate to rake hay unless it will be baled that same day. I would plan on cutting it one day let it lay and rake and bale the following day.
