SW TX PANHANDLE | I’m guessing these steers over over a 1000 lbs. persistence is all I can tell you. Might get a cable halter and try it, Sullivans sells them. They can help. Although you don’t want to hurt them with it or they will associate pain with leading. Use it in small doses. I have my daughter lead hers and I get behind them to persuade them along. Usually after a half a dozen times, they figure it out. | |
