For stablization of the gravel, it acturally pays to put on the Mag cloride vs. hauling gravel are repairing the road throughout the summer. MnDOT has studies that confirms the use of cloride for stablization. Remember, in my township, we have heavily travel roads due to being located close to freeway and commuters to Mpls and St Cloud. For dust control, yes, you are correct. The majority of twp residents agree, dust control - pay for your own way, not at twp expense .  . .
