Central Kansas
Absolutely NOTHING!

Our county here in Central Kansas is operating on a "shoestring".................or so they say...................BUT.............what burns my A$$ is if you keep track of the number of times the maintanier man goes by with his machine moving the windrow from one side to another and absolutely doing NOTHING for the betterment of the road............BECAUSE........it hasn't rained to create runts, this just blows my mind! Unessesary work equals fuel usage, wear and tear on the machine, and not to mention, MORE DUST!
On days that it is not nessasary to run maintainer, hand the operater a chain saw, shovel or weed sprayer to get some useful labor out of him.................oh yes, I forgot, they don't have and air conditioner or a steering wheel!.....Grrrrrrrrr

Oh, did I fail to mention I just paid the county my last half property tax sooooooo,.........whats that I see, 2 road patrols in tandem comming by my farm....WOW!
