We've got 1100 hrs on a Jd, 1600 hrs on a NH and we have never had a flat or replaced the tires. We have had a Cat track machine (we ran it in construction and replaced the tracks twice in 1300 hrs.), and I didn't say they wear down faster, I said the tires are cheaper to replace.
