central - east central Minnesota - | Well Tommy, I've abused my tracks pretty good, working in brush, concete outlots and sharp rock drives - I have little maintinance (keep tracks tight and grease 2 fittings) and yes washing out the mud and snow). You give a good plus and minus of tracks / tires. It's simular to the difference between FWA or no FWA on a tractor . . . tracks work better for some then others . . . . Oh, the flat tires - I dought I would have had enough flats to pay for new ASV type tracks, but it'd be close working it the brush . . . ASV tracks are easy to replace by the owner, so 5000 grand is a bit high on replacement costs also . . . .
