Think you are on track. Tilt bar back so you lift that front coulter and row cleaner out of the really wet stuff.
Does this soil "stick" to the iron?
I did some wet peat the other day, that strategy worked perfect.
PButler is right, try and wait a day especially if the forecast is good.
