Subject: Pluribus in WET muck, need advice.

North Central Indiana
Have a field of muck (+50% OM) that is wet (especially after last night). It is underlaid with marl and base sat in Ca is in the 70-80% region but Mg is in the 2-6% area. We want to experiment with banding some K-mag with our striptill rig, older model pluribus units. Bean stubble and I'm a bit concerned about getting the fodder to flow. My plan is to tilt the units a bit forward, no downpressure, depth wheel set shallowest or next to and row cleaners as needed. Jim, Joe, GW or anyone else have some much welcome suggestions?? TIA   Forgot to mention, going to corn.
