Less than 1 year old should still have a warranty. If bought from a dealer it should have been stated in the purchase contract what the warranty was. And that's that, period, right? What ever the contract said is what I agreed to as the buyer. As is, no warranty means just that, but I probably wouldn't be your buyer then as I would only buy it with some assurance of no problems after the sale.
