Subject: mini-track hoe

Galahad, Alberta
I have a neighbour that is in the landscaping business. He just bought one of those little JD mini track hoe machines. Model 35 I think. He did all my landscaping last fall, had to dig a shallow hole in the front lawn for a bunch of shrubs and wood chips. About 10' wide by 25' long and 8 inches deep. Dug it out and loaded it into a 1 ton truck with a dump bed, worked great. You can put just about every attachment under the sun on one of those machines and they are so handy. I'm sure that they make a jack hammer for them. Bust the crete up, load it out with a wide bucket. Just have the one ton back in on fresh tracks each time and you will be fine.
As for the new crete, pumper is the slickest, but they can be pricy. Few buddies, some wheel barrows, and a couple dozen beer would work too.
Are you still gonna play contact football? I wanna see that on youtube!
