I know a fellow with a compact tractor that did a job for a rich fellow who didn't want his lawn scuffed up.  He made a path out of plywood to drive his little 4' wide beast over.  Might beat a wheelbarrow after breaking the concrete up with a jackhammer.  As for pouring the new concrete, well, I imagine it'd take a while to pour a lot of 'crete with a baby mixer.  I've seen some pretty impressive long-distance crane-boom arrangements for pouring concrete, but I imagine they're aren't cheap to hire.
