NW Washington | Good for you. Keep up the good work. Not having to tote and extra fifty pounds around all day makes you step a lot easier.
A point that stuck with me was one book I read that said most people do not realize how little they really need to eat to provide all the energy and nutrition that they actually need. He also makes the case that many Americans are addicted to "salt, sugar and fat" and the fast food and snack food industry know exactly how to get folks to eat that fat, salt and sugar.
And you point being bored and eating is a good one. Seems like there is a joke about not knowing if you are bored or hungry. | |
