im glad your doing something my dad didn't. he wasn't grossly over weight but certainly wasn't eating healthy. he had 4 stints put in last month at age 50. hes ok but he has to take medicine from now on and be on a pretty strict diet. your family will thank you and you'll be glad you did it. keep up the good work!!
