Say what?
How many of the 50 states even grow apples, let alone have an orchard down the street?
Certainly not an option here.
I'm thrilled to buy Cosmic Crisp year around at Walmart and don't detect any oil or smell to them no matter what time of the year it is.
I suppose it's because we don't have access to freshly picked apples in ND.
