E SD | I don't disagree at all with the facts surrounding capital/opportunity cost & profitability of the asset pushing it down in price, but I've said for 25 years land is way overpriced due for a correction and been wrong big time.
Inflation is not done, and it isn't being driven by the normal sources, rather large fiscal deficits that are not slowing down.
