SE MN | Maybe, but who knows what the future holds? A corn belt drought with higher corn prices or a government bail out of cash grains can alter what seems to be a sure thing quite quickly.
It does look like an almost certainty that prices are going down, but like you said a few months ago when you posted about the customer who bought land and his financials at the time, nobody knows exactly what is going to happen going forward. | |
