When you use Cars.com, you can go to vehicle history as one of the filters, and select for Personal use and/or one time owner.... similar options in Cargurus. Have you looked at using this filter? You may need to increase the radius you are willing to consider if you get too selective. Using cars.com, I came up with a list of 50 vehicles that seem to fit your criteria. What am I missing? I did plug in a radius of 200 miles of St. Cloud, Mn. But.... What am I missing?
