Soaking the liver in milk for an hour two is key IMO even when pan frying, at least that's what grandma used to always say/do. I skip the flour and just salt and pepper. Next time I'm going to try "breading" the liver after soaking in milk with pork rind crumbles.

Now that I'm thinking about it, pork rind crumbles should work for breading shrimp too....maybe add a little Modelo Oro or Mich Ultra low carb beer to make a keto friendly beer batter??
