SW Minnesota | I haven't ate breakfast cereal for years for similar reasons. It made feel tired after I ate it and I was hungery long before noon. I started eating sausage and cheese and that kept me pretty good. Then I started to read about fasting and keeping eating to a 6-8 hour window. Heavy crème in coffee for some people at least isn't supposed to stop ketosis. Now that is all I have for breakfast. It isn't hard to make it to noon now. I've been doing it for 4+ years. Cutting out the carbs also stopped the achy joints.
