Don't mess with your WAN settings. WAN is Internet. You need to look at your LAN settings and specifically your DHCP server. Personally, I'd set the DHCP server to hand out addresses between .100 and .250. Then anything you want to statically assign goes in the .2 to .99 range. This is not usually a default setting. If you able to log into each device your cables are good.
