| Roth for sure in good mutual funds, before putting money in any investment company look at their statements, if they are not easily understood and easy to read look elsewhere, you should be able to easily determine how much you have invested over time, what it is worth and what it has done for various time frames, anything less and you have to wonder what they are hiding IMO. Listen to Dave Ramsey, may have to deviate from his recommendations a bit to farm, but he is spot on on about vehicle loans and if farming do not get new paint disease, yes land is important, but it is possible to be land rich and money poor also, also remember then old adage do not put all your eggs in one basket. | |
